Where do I find my case number?
The case number/ticket number is on the bottom right hand corner of your ticket in RED including all numbers and letters with NO spaces. If you are in a possession of a warrant, it begins with a letter followed by six numbers or with a four digit year followed by a letter and 10 numbers.
Why does it say that my case cannot be found?
The reason may be that 1) The ticket may not be entered into the system yet. It can sometimes take 10-14 days before the ticket is processed in to the system or 2) The ticket may not belong to the Court Agency you are calling. Please see the Trial Officer information on the ticket. This site only accepts payments for the assigned Court.
