When I search, I receive a pop up window,
‘The search criteria that you have entered is too broad. All records were not returned.
Please narrow your search.’ What does this mean?
The search of the Public Index retrieves 1000 records, this window is
explaining that the database has more than 1000 records for this specified search criteria.
When I search, I receive a pop up window,
‘Your Search Did Not Return Any Records.’ What does this mean?
The search of the Public Index was unable to retrieve any data
that matches your specified search criteria.
Where do I find my case number?
The case number/ticket number is on the bottom right hand corner of your ticket in RED
including all numbers and letters with NO spaces. If you are in a possession of a warrant,
it begins with a letter followed by six numbers or with a four digit year followed by a letter
and 10 numbers.
Why does it say that my case cannot be found?
The reason may be that 1) The ticket may not be entered into the system yet. It can sometimes take 10-14 days before the ticket is processed in to the system or 2) The ticket may not belong to the Court Agency you are calling. Please see the Trial Officer information on the ticket. This site only accepts payments for the assigned Court.
